Complex aldehyde marine note associated with a watery green floral character and slightly mossy undertones.
With discrete fruity pear facets, the profile is also slightly alcoholic.

Its value is best appreciated in combination with other green notes, in chypres, eau de colognes, masculine notes and sheer floral types.

It is an excellent modifier or enhancer of other ozone marine notes.

One of the very first watery molecules introduced to the perfumery industry was CALONE®, the sole responsible for launching the marine fragrance trend of the 1990s. Due to its success our R&D program was launched to discover further ingredients with a similar structure.
